Protocol for Improved Yield Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis

An improved method for solid phase synthesis for both large and laboratory scale. The method involves simple changes in the current synthesis, that can be used with conventional reactors and reagents, protocol that result in significantly increased yield.

 It was demonstrated that the new conditions do not harm the solid support.

 Compared to conventional shaking, the new protocol conditions ns did not harm the solid support or the synthesized molecules, improved conversion and suppressed racemization. The advantage of the new protocol is its applicability to large scale SPPS, using conventional chemical rectors.
