The purpose of our research is to develop new types of inhibitors of enzymes which cause harmful effects in the following diseases: cancer metastasis, arthritis, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis, arteriosclerosis, restenosis, meningitis, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic wounds, liver cirrhosis, cerebral ischemia and others.
